The Clinton County Community Assembly (CCCA) is a grassroots mission to strengthen community connections and provide resources to our neighbors throughout Clinton County, with a particular focus on the Lock Haven community. As an umbrella organization, CCCA raises, stewards, and directs resources toward community needs and projects that address gaps beyond existing public and community services.
